I have been involved in the beauty and fitness industry for over 17 years with extensive knowledge and experience as a consultant with leading nutritional companies on product development and nutrition programmes, as well as being involved in the psychology of sport and health through motivational talks.
Due to my competitive nature I competed in several national and international fitness competitions which earned me a spot on one of the UK's most popular combat game shows "Gladiators", with the stage name of "Fox". This in turn led me to personally train and consult with high profile celebrities and professional athletes from around the world. In addition I became co-publisher and editor of a fitness and nutrition publication, which gave me a platform to educate consumers in correct training and nutrition, as well as other related topics for total self-improvement for both men and women.
After extensive studies in the beauty industry I progressed into beauty and adult education. My combined knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry has led to becoming the Lifestyle and Nutrition Specialist for Genie-Tech International.
